Day 6

I had Quite a time with this one it was super easy and yet so elegant.

I chose a sparling Deep red yarn I had in my stash. I think it paired wonderfully with the white.

This is a great hat for Valentines day and I plan to make a few more I think the next one will be Black with a white bow and maybe one with some greens just for me.

The name of this one is "Give me a Bow"

Here is the link to the pattern and the wonderful Blogger that wrote it:http://jemknit.blogspot.com/2010/01/can-i-have-bow_01.html

Finally up to date

The beautiful All Mine Slouchy hat pattern!

The Only thing I did differently with this pattern which I didn't notice before I finished was that I only used one row of heart rather than two. I do suggest if you are going to make this pattern that you uses colors that are not too drastically different. As you can see the white yarn that was to be carried behind the stitches kinda sticks out. Oh well I am happy with this one too. I may have to make another so I can try the two rows of hearts.

AND..... Here is the link to the pattern: http://www.mooglyblog.com/all-mine-crochet-slouch-hat/
Thank you again for following and I will be posting more soon.

Day four hat

Day for belongs to my favorite childhood puzzle....... Where's Waldo?

I think the lighting was right in this photo but not the rest oh well...

Loved this pattern and I am planning on giving this one to a friend for her kiddo.

This was another a Ravelry find which I will probable stop announcing If you haven't caught on by now I love Ravelry.com and its my favorite way to search and choose patterns

Day 3

This is the Pretty Baby beanie!

Found this one on ravelry.com which I think is where I will continue to find my patterns for this resolution. I just used two scrap balls of yarn don't know the names of the colors or the brands unfortunately but I did follow the pattern exactly and chose the larger flower that is linked form the page,

Sorry about the Blurry pictures but I was in a little bit of a hurry.

So here is the link that ravelry.com takes you too:

Love this one I will be doing more of it later but for now on to hat number 4

Day 2 hat

Well This post along with days 3 and 4 are late but here they come every hat was done on its designated day and for some reason I was unable to get this hat made in the right size. But it is cute anyways and some little noggin will look absolutely adorable in it.
Well since this pattern starts from the bottom up the Brim was the easiest part for me, after that is was just figuring out the Trinity stitch.

I used my own method to make the pompom which includes tightly wrapping the yarn continuously around my fingers tying off and cutting the ends......

Maybe I just crochet a little too tight.

This is another Ravelry.com find and the link there sends you here: http://thishousewifelife.blogspot.com/2013/11/trinity-hat-beanie-with-or-without.html

Great blog and fun pattern I just need to work on my gauge.

New Year, New start, New resolution.

So I decided that this year my new years resolution should be to cut back on my yarn stash it has kinda begun to take over my whole room haha. So what better way to do that than to start and finish at least one new project a day for the whole year so at least 365 Finished items for the year! Wow I am really gonna have my work cut out for me.

Well now to discuss the first month... I have decided to make January Hat month! A different design for every day of this month and my favorite was for day one.
